I was sad to have to leave the apartment I lived in for almost 14 years, bringing my kids up there, building friendships and being a part of a special community. Then I met Lucy the leasing agent at Waterside Plaza and she was like an angel from day one. My happiness was her number one concern. She jumped through hoops to get me a home that would make me happy(and in a quick time frame). I never would have been able to do this without her! Thank you Lucy!!!!

We moved in a month ago and have been dealing with a heater that does not work in the bedroom ever since. We’ve raised multiple maintenance tickets and sent several emails. Each time, the maintenance technician comes, says he doesn’t know what the issue is, and then closes the ticket without fixing anything. We have a child and living through cold weather without proper heating is extremely stressful and unacceptable. Basic heating should not be an ongoing issue, especially at this price point. We pay $4,000 a month for a one-bedroom apartment, and this is the level of maintenance we receive. More than 10 emails sent, and not one basic courtesy to reply. The lack of urgency, accountability, and follow-through has been very disappointing. Would not recommend. We are counting down until our

This apartment is unlivable due to severe heating and insulation issues, especially in the bedroom. Despite repeated complaints over more than a month, the room does not heat up at all. The lack of insulation is extreme, and the space becomes unbearably cold during winter. Maintenance has come multiple times, but every visit ends with the issue left unresolved. They either apply temporary, ineffective fixes or leave without fixing anything at all. The problem persists exactly the same. For the very high rent we pay, this level of maintenance and basic habitability is unacceptable. Heat is not a luxury — it is a legal requirement in NYC — yet it has not been reliably provided. The ongoing back-and-forth, broken promises, and failure to permanently resolve a basic issue like heating has been

This is my 2nd month in this building. I'd say this is the worst maintenance ever you might encounter anywhere. The ceiling of my bathroom fell off earlier this month due to a leak in the apartment above with plenty of debris everywhere as shown in the first 2 pics, I called the maintenance hotline for "maintenance emergency" , I submitted a request, no one showed up, the first thing I did the next morning was to talk to the maintenance supervisor. They sent someone who said " the leak was taken care of, and for the ceiling damage we’ll send someone to "inspect"". Again no one showed up, I had to call after a week, then a painting worker came, did some scraping then said the leak is still ongoing! Two more weeks later, after 2 more requests, 4 phone calls, 2 emails to the management, showi
