Waterside At Catawba Ridge

These apartments are entirely way too high. Parking is terrible. You can get a 1 bedroom apt. on the ground floor for $775.00 a month. That is highway robbery... especially since they are old. The brand new ones up the street are only $25.00 more a month....and a lot nicer.

people in the office talks very mean. They don't care about the residents living condition. My apartment has leaking water, they send people occasionally, they didn't fix the problem until 1 month later. By the time I move out, they are saying Ubox can't stay in parking lot longer than 1 day.

Living here for over a month now. Everything seems great and calm here. Only complaint is some minor construction is weak and break. Like fridge walls, toilet top.

The apartment i visited was dirty, walls had holes, facings were off of door.
