Waterside At Castleton

My son lived in a one bedroom here for 18 months. Due to life changes, I came to live with him BUT we transferred to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. Upon moving in, I filled out a move in status and things needing fixed for the apartment. Within a week, 3 men came and took care of every issue. I’m very impressed especially because I have never lived in an apartment as an adult and wasn’t sure what to expect. The entire staff has been amazing! Special shout out to Nashae (leasing agent) and Mark White (lead maintenance) and his staff that took care of every issue I noted. Combine that with the area being quite nice, I highly recommend moving here if you want to be in the Castleton area. The apartments have modern updates and have ample parking and locked entrance requiring a key to even enter

I love this place because of how it has a vibe that is peaceful and it feels like you're living less in the city. So pretty and the geese and ducks call me home when I'm elsewhere and it's amazing.

My husband and I have lived here a little more than a month. We have nothing bad to say. Very nice staff and we have called maintenance and so far we haven’t had to wait long for them. There was a guy that was moving b/c he grew out of the space. He's been here 5 yrs and hated to leave. Its a very clean place. I do wish they could do something about the road on Hague. Lol I think you would really like it here, people we have met all cultures are kind.

Do you like cockroaches? What about terrible customer service? Fond of burned buildings? Well, have I got the place for you! Waterside at Castleton is possibly the worst apartment complex I've ever lived at. My neighbors were great! The location was great! The building? The maintenance? The customer service? Awful. I moved into my apartment in August 2017. And three days after moving in, I found my first cockroach. This problem persisted until I moved out, although I'm sure the cockroaches are still there. When I handed in my keys, the front office staff seemed absolutely SHOCKED that I had cockroaches. The copious amounts of emails, maintenance requests and phone calls about said cockroaches obviously went unnoticed. And then the neighboring building burned down. I don't blame the

Both leasing agents were very friendly😊 Nikiya was very professional & knowledgeable about the property as she walked/shuttled me around & intune w/the amenities, price range & non-negotiable for me to move forward to being a future tenant.
