Waterscape Juanita Village

Only the best words to describe the staff at the office of waterscape Juanita Village. Our first experience was with Hal, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, followed by Jackie, who was most understanding and sweet. And on the day of our move, Hiram was so helpful in explaining the process of parking and helping us navigate the complex building map. My mom is elderly and tends to repeat her questions a lot. I really appreciate the staff being patient with her. Best wishes to everybody and thanks to the staff for making this move as seamless as possible

Had a great experience moving in here,got any issues they get it done this place is ran very well and Hal was very helpful especially being first time renters he was very helpful to find what fits best for us.The gym and club room/media room is nice. the apartment itself is maintained very clean and the people living here are friendly aswell,and it’s pretty quiet neighborhood if that’s something that’s important to you,this is a peaceful area to be and wonderful view aswell ! ☺️

My 3 years at Waterscape has been very fun so far. This is the first complex I've lived in with such a friendly staff that knows me by name. A few times a year they host resident socials, like BBQs and holiday parties. They are very nice and accommodating, as well as quick in emergency maintenance. The location & views are amazing, with many of Kirkland's best restaurants & events within in this walkable neighborhood. The popular Juanita Beach Park is right across the street. The apartments are spacious with plenty of storage space. There are many spaces to hangout or get work/studying done around the complex and in the neighborhood. This complex houses many couples and young professionals, and doesn't have many children or young families (that I've noticed). I've seen more dogs that live

🚫🚫🚫Do not apply for this apartment. When you first meet the apartment manager, they seem friendly and helpful—but that quickly changes once you submit an application. They stop responding to calls ,and take your money ($400 marked as "market off").We tried contacting them multiple times both my husband and I but received no response. Strangely, when I called from a friend's phone, they finally picked up. That says a lot about how they treat applicants. It also seemed like there were internal issues between staff members, which made the process even more uncomfortable. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Save your time and money—don’t apply here❗️❗️❗️

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment community, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. First and foremost, the rent here is exorbitantly high for what you actually get. The apartments themselves are outdated and poorly maintained. The appliances are old and frequently break down, and despite multiple maintenance requests, issues are never resolved in a timely manner. One of the most troubling issues is the pervasive smell throughout the building. It's clear that proper ventilation and cleaning are not priorities for management. The odor makes it unpleasant to live here and is a constant source of discomfort. The management team is unresponsive and unhelpful. They seem more interested in collecting rent than addressing the legitimate concerns of their resid
