Here, there are spacious one bedroom apartments with very nice closet space. Comfortable for young or older singles as well as a great starter place for couples. The two bedroom apartments are also great as a starter place for couples with small children. The units are not equipped with washers and dryers, but there is a laundry facility on site.

Waters Mark apartments is conveniently located and everything is upgraded, beautiful, and so comfortable! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live and my neighbors are wonderful! Everyone looks after each other. I love it here!! Thank you Waters Mark!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Ms. Renee made my experience here better. She's on point with her job and has helped me with all of my concerns. IMO it's cheap to live at and close to base, which was a bonus.

I lived at WM for 3+yrs. Very quiet and peaceful. Ms Renee (manager) was the best. She is a no nonsense straight up manager. If I needed maintenance or anything it was taken care of in a timely manner by Cam(maintenance). I really enjoyed my time there. I would have given 5 stars but those trains!
