Water's Edge Luxury Apartments

My first apartment was at Waters Edge, and it was the best experience ever. The staff was always helpful and eager to answer any questions I had. The area was beautiful and always felt safe. As a woman living alone, the gated community and on-site security guard made me feel very comfortable when taking walks. The maintenance team was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job whenever they came by to check on things. I always felt secure, and the amenities were excellent—24/7 gym access like having access to go the gym at 3am was always fun for me and it was an amazing privilege for sure, all thanks to Waters Edge. For the monthly price, it was absolutely worth it. Waters Edge is a great place to live!

A great place to live!!! Kind Staff, resolves maintenance issues within a day if two. Great clubhouse, gym and wonderful snow removal.

My best friend lives here. It's a gated community. The housing arrangement (style) is quant. She lives in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. It's very nice.

I lived here for about 2years and I was very impressed with the overall quality and safety there. The complex is an excellent place to live, offering a safe and peaceful environment. The management/leasing team( Ericaa and Allison)and maintenance team were very nice and highly responsive to address any concerns promptly. The noise levels were low, making it a great spot for both adults and college students who appreciate a quiet and comfortable living space. The easy access to the highway was a big plus. The heated pool and well equipped gym was also a plus and really enjoyed them. Overall the atmosphere was welcoming, and the community felt secure with gate and security patrol!!

About to move in. While the wait list was long, I ended up surprised with a 2bd/2bath ranch with a garage offer! Got to know the front office very well through the process and they were very kind, flexible and understanding. Even went to the Christmas party which wasn't necessarily my age group, but had a good time 👍
