I’ve lived here for quite a while. Through 2 different companies and many staff changes. I wanted to leave a review to give a shout out to the current office staff person, Nickie. I’ve had to go into the office a few times in the past couple of months to get some things addressed and get clarification on the new payment software BH implemented. She’s always welcoming and very patient. She listens intently and addresses concerns quickly. Even when she doesn’t know an answer off the top of her head she’s able to find an answer. It makes a BIG difference. So in conclusion, she’s awesome and BH if you’re reading this you should give her a raise because she’s the best person you’ve had behind that desk in a while. (Also if you’re reading this review for more about the community I’d say overall

Still No A/C – Feels Like I’m Working Here for Free I moved into Waters Edge Apartments on June 1st, and it’s now almost August — and I still don’t have central A/C. I’ve been given one small window unit that floods my carpet if I leave it running. This morning I was up at 6AM dumping water — again — like I work for this company without pay. On top of that, I’m still dealing with other issues: unsanitary conditions, a broken window that won’t lock, and a filthy substance that’s been in front of my door since day one. The place was advertised as renovated, but I feel like I’m paying to live in the hood. It’s stressful, embarrassing, and unsafe. No one responds. Not the office. Not even Corporate. Ms.Nikki, absolutely AMAZING at what she dose. She is thruogh, informative, and make sure that your are fully pleased with your choices. She’s not a pushy rental agent at all. Thank you so much for being so kind during our tour and you even took the time to talk with my roommate about the apartment as well to make sure she was in the Lou of it all. My roommate and I have been here for one month, as of June 1, 2024. Prior to move in we were told about three issues that needed to be fixed first the tubs were not glazed, the patio needed to be swept properly to remove all the debris and build up from the “renovation”, and there was a light switch that was missing it’s cover. Again we have now been here 3 weeks the toilets are broken have been since the day we moved in, running for hours and hours throughout the day, my dishwasher is leaking water on the floor, my washer does not fill up with water, outlets are hanging out of the wall, more than 4 outlets in the house do not work at all, my shower wouldn’t turn off and ran for 48 hours, the patio door won’t stay on track due to the build up that’s in the tracks, the freezer door wouldn’t

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience here has been unbelievably stressful and unprofessional. My roommates and I submitted our 30-day notice multiple times — physically in the office and seven different times through the resident portal — and the leasing office still claimed they “never received it.” This has caused confusion, delays, and unnecessary stress during an already difficult move-out process. On top of that, maintenance issues in our unit were repeatedly ignored or left unfinished for weeks. Our ceiling had to be opened up due to moisture/mold concerns, and instead of repairing it promptly, it was covered with cardboard for almost a month.
