Recommendation: Before purchasing these new properties, pay for an inspection, especially of the HVAC unit. We bought here a few months ago and spent this summer roasting in the high temperatures, not only during the day but also at night, with temperatures reaching 78°F at midnight and 74°F at 2 a.m. Our summer months were agonising. We have made warranty claims, and they never resolved the situation. We are very unhappy about this.

Nothing but problems since Stanley Martin homes bought up the land and is building all around MacArthur Circle. During their escavation of the land behind our property they tore up the metal on one of our old buildings outback and I had to track them down. Which they would not admitt to owning the property at first. Then they passed blame to the escavation company in which we were finally able to resolve that issue. We also had the whole thing on video from our surveillance cameras. Also we have never been a flood neighborhood. They are making and creating water all over the place at their watermark home development that surround MacArthur Cir. in which the tore down the woods behind our home that separated us and the other neighborhood.
