We truly cannot say enough great things about Watermark at Harvest Junction and the incredible team that runs this community now. When we first moved in over a year ago, there was an entirely different management and maintenance team, and to be honest, we experienced quite a few hurdles and frustrations during that time. Since then, everything has completely changed—and for the better. Rebecca, the Community Manager, has been an absolute game-changer. She is professional, responsive, caring, and genuinely invested in making this community a great place to live. This property is excellent. There isn’t a detail this community misses. From leasing team to the maintenance crew, this team meets the needs of their community members without hesitation. Beautiful property. Clean. Quiet. Friendly. I see why people I’ve met here are long term residents. Neighbors are friendly. It’s a joy to see the pets too. This is a gem tucked away but full access to everything you’ll need in town, within walking distance. I haven’t lived in corporate apartments since college (and I’m in my 60’s now) but this community has made this transition easy, welcoming and I’m grateful we chose to live here. **Addendum** I’ve now been here for 6 months and my review stands. Watermark at Harvest Junction has been my new home for a few months now. I upgraded to the Longs Peak one bedroom, and found it has the best layout of any one bedroom in Longmont. I know this because I toured every floor plan in town. From the tour to move in, my experience was smooth and easy. After a few months of living here, I love it. The property manager Rebecca has had a quick answer or solution to any question or issue I've come across. I've issued two maintenance requests and it was taken care of very quickly by Ethan, who works the property. When my issue was handled Ethan or Rebecca followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I have seen many people come and go in the office but no one is more wonderful than Sophia. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about residents’ experiences. Anytime I had a question or concern, Sophia was responsive, patient, and quick to find a solution. She communicates clearly, follows through on what she promises, and always makes interactions feel easy and stress-free. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and she’s a huge asset to the apartment community. We need her and her advocacy here!

We’ve lived here for almost 5 years and we’ve had such a fantastic experience! Anytime we ran into an issue (package missing, something broken, etc) the staff was quick to help. Maintenance especially has always been on top of it, quickly and kindly responding to every request. We love being able to jump on the bike path or walk to the shops nearby, and the community pool/hot tub is wonderful during the summer. We’re moving in a few weeks only because of a job that requires us to relocate. We’ll miss the community!
