Watermark at Avenir

Watermark had some really nice homes. Most of the lots were sold. The sales person was nice. The models are gorgeous but the homes for sale are mediocre at best. They require $100ks to look like a model. Most of the houses at the time didn’t include a pool, extra small yards, zero lot lines, their 5 bedroom is a lie because legally it can’t be sold that way due to driveway slotting. They don’t come with an outdoor kitchen anymore and they’ve done away with higher end mediocre appliances. Solid C and would never spend 2.5m

Nice community,model homes did not impress us with the workmanship with luxury builder toll brothers You can definitely see tile and walls lined up seems rushed in my opinion. It's your model home upward of 700k Should be looking incredible!

It’s a great place to live and it’s cool new construction. And all houses are made out of concrete. Also it’s a family friendly community! Avenir has a great big future! The picture down below is the future club house Avenir is going to have! It’s super cool and super big!

Quality builder. Models are as expected beautiful. Community is WEST. Good pricing given level of builder.
