At the moment I arrived a feeling of peace may me feel that was already at home. Beautiful place and Eva help me through all the process. My apartment is very nice and love having my favorite stores close to my. I can't wait to start moving and enjoy walking in front of the lake.
Eva was very friendly and helpful during the move in process. The unit she provided me with is a quality unit and affordable price! I just moved here and am loving it so far.
I want to share my first impression of Watermarc. The welcome and service from Eva were exceptional; she treated me so well and was so helpful that I was completely satisfied. I was impressed by the cleanliness and warmth of the place, the tidy areas, and the comfortable and beautiful apartments. Without a doubt, this is the best option I've seen so far.
Eva the property manager and Javier over facilities are absolutely amazing and the reason why I choose this community. They handle all concerns with care and a plan. The community grounds are well maintained, neighbors are kind and it’s a quiet community in the evenings. I highly recommend this property and look forward to the next few years here.
My experience was the best, since the moment I opened the door of the leasing office to ask for information, until the moment I singed my lease. They help you with everything and the Property Manager is a lovely and attentive person. I recommend them 100%
