He may be a good pool and residential builder but his commercial construction skills are terrible. Ted's communication is poor at best and his trade knowledge should be re evaluated in commercial construction.

When my wife and I decided to install a pool we called several pool companies. We already knew what design we wanted and how it would fit in our backyard. All of the other pool companies ignored our design and presented something larger and more expensive. When Ted came over for initial meeting he asked what we wanted and listened to us, rather the tell us what we wanted. The design was what we had pictured. Ted, all the employees and vendors of Waterman Construction were a pleasure to work with. They were always professional, personable, and easygoing which was important to us. In the end the pool came out beautiful. We are so happy with the end result and we always get compliments on the pool. Augie and Tami Buffa

I was referred to Waterman by a friend, Adam Hall, in reference to repair on my pool pump. I called and was helped and a repair person, Jimmy (I think), promptly came out to access the situation. It was decided that the pump motor had burned out. I told him we had had a similar situation last year and that changing a capacitor solved the problem. He cheerfully said give it a try. If it doesn't work; call back. Well. the capacitor did take care of the problem and I'm glad for that. But, because I was treated so well, if I ever need any pool service of any kind, I will call this company.

It's out of a house for business. Interviewed and was promised to receive a call back 🤔 I'm still waiting. Not very prompt with their promises! Today I recvd a sincere and apologetic response from Waterman Construction. Changed the 1⭐ too 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you

Ted goes above and beyond to make it happen! Our commercial project is wrapping up as we received out TCO Friday!
