Watergap Village Townhomes

I lived here for a year and had a great experience. Benita was SUPER easy to work with, friendly and flexible. Only had maintenance issues maybe 3-4 times and every single time they were there either the next morning or sometime they next day to fix the issue. The townhomes themselves are slightly overpriced for how they are built but are still lovely places to live and would recommend. Friendly neighbors, pet friendly, always free parking available.

Very nice location, affordable & comfortable. My only negatives were I had to wait 20 minutes for the tour & that I wasn't allowed into the office, not even to complete an application. I had to complete it in my car. I got all the documentation (except the dog medical file), scanned & sent the next morning only to find out the unit was already reserved.

They're not bad; pretty basic for the high rental price if you ask me. Also I have to have parking right in front of my home, I won't hike with kids and packages from a parking lot, I want laundry hookups and a pool, so I'd pass on the place personally. You're paying mostly for the location, Delaware Water Gap is really nice and quaint.

They will strong arm you into annual contracts. My husband was relocated for work and they were unwilling to let us out of our lease 2 months early or reach any type of agreement. We have lived here over 1.5 years and no consideration was given, in fact they were extremely rude about it. You will also need to allocate an additional $300-$400 for heating expenses, the units walls and windows are very poorly insulated. We had pipes burst and came home to 2+ inches of water on the 1st floor during the winter.

Beautiful & quiet place to live. Pet friendly (we have two), professional management & maintenance staff, and the grounds are well maintained.
