Waterfront Property Management

This company is incredibly difficult to deal with and completely unresponsive regarding important issues. During the 2.5 years I lived in one of their buildings, not one of my 3 maintenance requests were ever answered despite raising the rent every year. Now, after having moved out they are refusing to provide receipts of payments made to them and have delayed the return of our security deposit beyond the legal limit. We will be pursuing them in small claims court. I do NOT recommend living in their buildings. - they are very cheaply constructed and operated with no maintenance - they don't provide hot water (instead forcing the tenant to pay huge electric bills for heating) - their appliances are cheap and not energy efficient at all

DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR BUILDING. The facilities here are awful and maintenance is painfully slow. The AC in the apartment smells terrible and leaks water, and every time we called for repairs, it took about two weeks to get anyone to come—no matter how many times you call or say it’s an emergency. We dealt with clogged toilets, a blocked bathtub, and AC leaks during the hottest days. Imagine not being able to live normally in your own place for two whole weeks! On top of that, there’s one extremely rude neighbor using the shared laundry. When all the washers are full, if you move their clothes to use the machines, they’ll start yelling at you like a crazy person for 10 minutes and might even throw away your laundry basket. Absolutely horrible experience. Stay far away from their building.

I’ve been renting with Waterfront for the past three years, and they have been great which is tough to come by in the city. From the start, they were understanding and easy to communicate with, even when we first moved in as a sublet. Any maintenance requests were always handled quickly, and the team has been super professional and helpful. Renting can be stressful, but they’ve made it as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking

Truly the worst business I have ever interacted with. Extremely exploitative landlords with no interest in maintaining their properties, only in inflating rent. Let God judge these people, don’t bother experiencing their B.S. first hand. If I could give them 0 stars or negative stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don’t care about residents - just their money. No notice about noise for extensive construction for weeks
