Waterfront condos / Condo By The Water

We stayed in 310 overlooking the water. Beautiful place. Quiet neighbors, and less traffic. We were surrounded but all the great beaches, including Clearwater beach and St. Pete. So nice to be able to eat out in the balcony and watch dolphins. Had everything you needed to cook with, and was well made cookware,not cheap stuff. Bed slept good and the whole thing was very nice for our family of four. Daniel was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. If we go back that way, he’ll be the first guy I’ll call.

These units are absolutely AMAZING! You definitely have to try them out. We stayed in both unit #310 & #410. They views are breathtaking. You can see dolphins playing in the bay. You can eat on the balcony enjoying the view. It's great for a sunrise and sunset. It's nice to have a private pool and hot tub. We just came back so even in December the pool was warm! They include kayaks which we did take out last time, it's so peaceful and relaxing just being out on the water. It's close to alot of places: stores, restaurants, and gas stations. It's also close to Clearwater and Tampa! Definitely favorite place to stay. It's also convenient to have your own washer/dryer in the unit. Overall great place always great experience!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! It was perfect in every single way! The location couldn’t be any better, it’s within minutes of everything you need! Only 15 minutes from the bigger beaches and less than 10 from some of the smaller but still amazing beaches! So many great places to close by too! The condo was immaculate, very clean, super cozy, couch and bed were very comfortable and it has all the amenities you need plus some! The pool was wonderful and the views are just absolutely breathtaking! I would highly HIGHLY recommend staying here! Daniel was extremely kind, response and accommodating too! So, so thankful to have found this slice of Heaven and will definitely be back!

My mother, daughter and I visited this condo complex in December and the property was so nice, I knew I wanted to visit again with my husband and children. Daniel's condo by the water was PERFECT!!! Much to our delight, there was even a complementary bottle of wine for us on the table. The kids really enjoyed the pool and I really enjoyed the hot tub in the mornings and evenings. The only true negative is at dusk, some "grumpy old men" would come out to remind us that the pool/spa area closed at dusk. We are already thinking about our next stay! Views were awesome, proximity to cool restaurants, shops, beaches and bars! Can't wait to go back!

We have recently returned from another fantastic stay at condo by the water. Boca Ciega resort is in a fantastic location with plenty of bars and restaurants close by.This time we stayed in condo 410/Hepburn and I can honestly say it was fantastic.The condo has absolutely everything you need. Very comfortable bed, great shower, fully stocked kitchen with washer/dryer, which was great for us as we were on a 3 week road trip so it was good to be able to freshen everything up. We had a friend travelling with us this time who slept on the sofa bed in the lounge and she said it was extremely comfortable. It was a brand new sofa bed and it is clearly very good quality which makes a huge difference and was very easy to set up. Daniel is fantastic to deal with, he always responds to any questions/
