Waterford Plantation

I lived in the apartments for a year and never had an issue. It was quiet and very clean. Every Monday they had a landscape crew that came by and cleaned up the leaves and debri outside. Anytime we had a maintenance issue they were at our door the same day. It is a really nice place to live with 2 swimming pools a dog park and walking trail.

Hours of operation for the office are not conducive for those that have day time jobs. If you live on the bottom floor, unless there is no one living above you, you will never have a moment of peace because there is absolutely no sound barrier between the floors. The ground has had broken glass on it for the last 5 months even after requesting it be picked up. The pool is barely open and again, if you work a full tile day time job, you will rarely be able to use the pool because it shuts down at 8:30.

Wouldn’t recommend, layout of apartments are nice but the buildings are old. Rotting wooden stairs, staying on the second floor and our floor shakes when walking across the middle of the apartment. Walls are paper thin you can hear LITERALLY everything outside and around your apartment. They’re always someone blasting music outside all night. Parking rules aren’t enforced. Noticeable illegal activities that happen at night and lots of soliciting. They don’t let you know when pest control is coming which I’m not comfortable with. The first time pest control came I didn’t know who he was, wasn’t in uniform and I saw no work truck outside. Second visit scared me a bit because things were not how I left them that morning leaving for work. I got home, an doors were open and things were moved

This is a fantastic place to live. The maintenance staff here is extremely fast when you have an issue that needs to be addressed. Also they are lenient when you take the time to communicate with them about financial hardship. They helped me get back on my feet while I was transitioning into a new career. Im honestly thankful to be here under people who actually care.

My husband and I enjoyed living here very much, the pool was so nice to relax at, the staff was so professional and nice, and some of the best maintenance staff you can have.....:)
