My mom and I moved into Waterford in October of 2020 and just moved out in October 2025. At first we loved it. The area is extremely safe, cannot debate that and quiet except highway noise is awful. If they would put in new windows and doors that would help tremendously. That would also help with the outrageous electric and gas bills. Now a first floor only apartment would not have these issues. The townhomes are awful, poor design and outdated heating and cooling systems. Our first summer there was an eye opener. The townhomes have two a/c units upstairs and downstairs BUT it will not cool the upstairs less than 80 when the summer heat really hits. I had to get a portable floor standing ac unit to cool the upstairs bedroom. It was awful. I had to continue to put in maintenance requests, i

Love this complex! Submitted work order to address the main light fixture in the kitchen. Next day, Josh arrived, accessed the situation and without any delay the light fixture was replaced! Now that is taking care of your clients!!! Been here since 2018 within this complex but doesn't even feel like I've been here that long....location location location!

I've lived here at Waterford since April 2024, but I wanted to wait until I've been here for all four seasons to give a comprehensive review. Overall, I love it here. My unit is pretty spacious, especially the bedroom and closet! The scenery is beautiful, I love that's it's located in a secluded yet safe area, super quiet and friendly neighbors, and I love that each unit has its own private entry. You will occasionally see deer roaming around the property, but they're harmless and keep out of your way for the most part. Maintenance does their best to handle requests timely, and they are kind & respectful to my home. They send communication of importance to residents and always have social events for us to participate in. The office staff is always super kind and friendly too. I had a great

I moved here in early 2024 with my two cats after a horrendous year of renting a unit from Lakes at Lionsgate, I did a lot of searching for a 1bd 1ba apartment that was reasonably priced for the amount of square footage offered. I found Waterford and toured the unit and really liked what I saw! The management staff consisting of Suzanne, Angel, and Angela were incredibly friendly and accommodating, very fast to reply to any message I sent them. I never had any major issues with work orders. Neighbors were always nice and quiet, I thoroughly enjoyed the pool during the summer and never experienced any problem with it being crowded or noisy. I see other reviews mentioning flooding but I never noticed it, must have been fixed by the city. During the snowstorm in early January of 2025 I was us

FLOODING!!! Big time FLOODING!!! They will say it’s an act of God but every 2 years there is a major flood that happens when we get more than 2 inches of rain look at my car and someone else’s car that got swept next to mine. Everyone next to us has lost their cars. They are supposed to have the city check draining and creek flow issues but from what maintenance told us that would cost them a bit to do which I’m out 11,000 for a car. Same with other people. The next day the complex sent out an email saying come get fruit and protein bars for your commute to work lol can’t commute with no car and the AC unit can’t keep an apartment temperature down to 75 degrees if it reaches 85 outside because they don’t add coolant to their AC units enough think about it a 600 square foot apartment called
