There were definitely some issues for me and my roomate when we tried to apply for a unit, but it wasn't the offices fault and they did everything they could to help us get the unit we wanted and kept us updated along the way. The women at the leasing office have been nothing but understanding and considerate about any complaints we've had. And the maintenence team is really amazing and awesome on helping us when we put in a request. The whole team here is absolutely amazing and have been nothing but friendly since me and my roomate moved in back in August. We're already talking about renewing our lease when the year is up. ❤️

I've lived here 3years and nothing but issue from the start! When i moved in it wasnt clean at all the carport was dirty and smelled bad. The water is off every single Month and they want to blame it on pipes when I've never seen people on the property fixing any pipes. Just pay your water bill!!!! Secondly, I have NO heat I called almost hour in half still yet to see anyone over here. The office assistant Janessa is trash and very unprofessional! She feels she run this place when she just got here. Know your place hun... I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!!

dog park is not kept clean by majority of residents- there is trash that is unsafe for the pets (sharp, used floss picks, cigarettes, toothpicks, etc) & waste that isn’t picked up or addressed. they have water issues every single week requiring the water to be shut off. they don’t always give a heads up for what time it will be shut off (or turned back on) so you’re supposed to just “be ready”. doesn’t seem like anything ever gets fixed if there are never ending issues needing repairs. office is obsessed with curb appeal, yet won’t address broken blinds in the windows of countless units (they look terrible), or an old car that has been sitting untouched & taking up a parking spot for at least a year, filled with stuff & just gathering dust. frequent issues with receiving packages. moldy v

Good luck! They show you the nicest apartment during the tour and then stick you in a dirty, pest infested place. Lord help you if you live in the Q section because the amount of water issues for those building IS INSANE. There’s no reason the Q section should have more water issues combined (including hot water broken 2x, tub above me leaking, and water shut offs) than any other section. The office uses their LOFT messaging as the main form of communication but can’t be bothered to respond to messages sent back to them. I was even reprimanded by property manager, Amanda, for not knowing the name of the maintenance worker that entered by apartment (maybe make them wear nametags?) The only staff member I genuinely liked was Theresa in the maintenance department, shoutout to her. The cost of
