Waterfall Glen Apartments

If you value your time & money don’t waste it staying at this place. The management company tows your vehicles even though they were registered on the lease. They fine you for any and everything & they don’t like kids playing outside. They increase your rent by more than $100 each year but don’t tell you that until your first year is up. They have no special amenities like the other surrounding properties. They don’t fix anything but will bill you if they feel you did it. Terrible complex & terrible management company! Stay away! I read the reviews before I moved in & thought it wouldn’t be that bad but the other reviews were correct!

I reached out to Waterfall Glen because I was interested in an apartment that was posted. I spoke to Shen-Quia regarding a tour of the complex and we worked out a time that same day for me to go view an apartment. Shen-Quia was amazing the entire tour. She had a great attitude, very welcoming, high energy, and a big smile the entire time. I decided to move forward with getting the apartment and Shen-Quia played a big role in my decision. She made me feel like this was supposed to be my new home, she let me know how good the area was and how close stores and restaurants were. She gave me all the information I needed and answered all of my questions without a problem (and I asked a lot of questions). lived here for 4 years, the staff and maintenance crew were very attentive and kind. very nice apartment with W/D in unit and allows pets. an added plus was being so close to the forest. our only complaint was the noise and inconsiderate behavior from other tenants. many loud late nights where the police would show up and had ongoing issues with others smoking in the building/hallways. would have definitely rented another year had we not bought a house. would recommend!

These buildings are a mix of condos and apartments. This can create some confusion when reading reviews. Some people who live here rent from the same people that run the office and some people who live here directly own their unit. I rent from someone who only owns the unit I live in. It is overall a good place to live, mostly quiet and sturdy. The management at the office are reasonable. Do be warned that they will tow your car without warning if it does not have a sticker. The units are in mixed condition, some renovated by their owners and some well worn. All the units here are heated by electric heat, which can be expensive in the winter. There are no significant indoor common area amenities, but there is a basement storage room which does provide a little extra storage space.

I'm want to share my outstanding experience at Waterfall Glen. I’ve been here for a year & I'll be renewing my lease due to the exceptional service that I’ve received. The grounds are well maintained, the grass is cut regularly. The parking lots and courtyards are spotless. The attention to detail is impressive. A big difference from the complex that I came from. Special kudos to Corey, the maintenance supervisor, and his team! They're incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. Corey always ensures work orders are completed promptly and accurately. They even reach out for clarification to make sure everything I request gets worked on. What impresses me most is the maintenance team's respect for my space.
