I sincerely appreciate Tom, Larry, and everyone at Chesapeake Homes in Waterbridge for making our dreams come true by providing an excellent home buying and building experience. My biggest compliment was the constant clear and immediate communication we recieved. Would absolutely recommend!

We are so happy with our Chesapeake home at Waterbridge. Mark Gouhin was a class act from the start. The entire process from contract to close was very positive. Construction deadlines exceeded expectations and our builder, Rick Noland, was fabulous to work with. This was our second time building a home and the experience was night and day from the first time. I highly recommend Chesapeake and Mark Gouhin! We love our new home!

Do NOT buy with Chesapeake Homes. They are the furthest thing from an “luxury builder”. We had a crooked window that needed to be removed and reinstalled, the dishwasher was covered in rust on the interior and needed to be replaced upon moving in, there are multiple gaps in our floors, the concrete patio sloped TOWARDS the house so additional concrete had to be laid to correct it... and thats only the items I can remember off the top of my head. We have weeks of work ahead of us with the warranty company because of the incredibly poor build quality. I expect more from their onsite Project Managers - they shouldn't be releasing the home to the buyer like this. It's sloppy. What should have been a fun and exciting new chapter has been a constant headache with nonstop visits from sub-contract

Chesapeake Homes provided my family with our dream home. Audrey was with us from the very beginning and even now, almost 2 full years living in our beautiful home, she greets us with a warm welcome in the neighborhood when we see one another. She was always up front and honest with us as we began our home buying process in October of 2021… purchasing right after a pandemic had its challenges but we worked together. I knew exactly what to expect because Audrey was so thorough. Anytime I called her, she made herself available to answer any questions. We are so pleased to have purchased with Chesapeake Homes!
