Honestly such a great place to live. I’ve been a resident for over 2 years now. Leticia and the maintenance team have always been super helpful and kind whenever I’ve needed anything. Definitely makes living here a really positive experience.

Absolutely wonderful job from the staff at Waterbridge. Leticia and Jenae were very kind and friendly! They helped me with every step from applying to teaching me how to pay rent online. Whenever I have a question or need help, they are always responsive. Truly one of the best apartment complexes in the area! 🙌🙌🙌

Waterbridge Apartments is a wonderful community. Everyone here is professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From my initial application to move in, both Kathery Gallardo (Leasing specialist) and Jenae Williams (Assistant community manager) listened to my concerns and supported me every step of the way. The maintenance team has also followed through on their commitments with skilled, reliable service. I truly feel that this community has become my new home.

I had an incredible experience with Leticia, I had so many questions and she answered each question professionally, properly but yet warm. I didn’t feel like i was bothering. I hung up that call feeling informed and empowered and it was thanks to her.

I recently toured the Waterbridge Apartments and was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property felt. The leasing staff were friendly and answered all my questions without being pushy. The units themselves were spacious and well equipped during my visit. Overall, it’s a comfortable, conveniently located complex that offers good value for the price.
