Water Garden Village: These are nice apartments but.. the property manager Angie lies to her tenants about things you have already told her that that she frequently denies and conveniently forgets, I agree with people doing their job as accordingly, but the amount of disrespect that she gave to one of the tenants really is heartbreaking. She talks to you like you have never rented in your life. If you have pets be aware because she will find a way to make you get rid of them even if they are emotional support animals. I understand that these apartments are affordable but she shows no regard To people struggling that can only afford these apartments on a fixed income if you are a new tenant in a dire situation or struggling, I suggest these are not the right option for you. Not a safe place to live. Their DHIC employee Angie abuses her position to harass home owners in the area. It is an open community that allows pets, yet she comes to you with made up rules (not listed in their community regulations)to simply harass you. Not only a form of intimidation, but also discrimination since she picks on specific folks. Also, the complex was built on a swamp, so black mold will always be an issue.

I agree with the anonymous. Great place to live but I'm guessing being that it is affordable you are in jail by a warden (property manager)who lives across the street from the complex. She does patrol the complex everyday even on her off days. I have never lived in such in humane place. Not even housing treat you like this place Many great neighbors have left due her running circles around your head and acting like a warden. I'm wondering should I contact fair housing about this now

Water Garden Village Apartments: While the units are beautiful and affordable, safe with wonderful neighbors, the Assistant Property Manager is abrupt, condescending and inept. The club house is mainly for show because the residents do not feel welcomed. It feels a bit like a police state because they have other residents watching and the Management, (mainly Assistant Manager), seems to feel that you are beneath them and patrols even on weekends when office is closed...,very strange. Their policies on inspection brings to mind how it must feel to be in jail and the warden announces inspections and toss the cell. You are given maybe a few days notice that there will be inspections for an entire week, from 9-5 p.m. For an entire week you have to keep everything in tip-top shape even if yo

Very safe, clean and friendly community. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the grounds are always well maintained!
