Washington Townhomes

I’ve lived at Washington townhomes for 3 going on four years now. Started with a family of three and welcomed one more during our time here. Being a family man the environment here at Washington townhomes is nothing short of perfect! The community’s a whole is quiet and respectful but the true shining star is the property manager Ryan. I’ve witnessed him transition from maintenance to property manager and he’s done a stellar job! Whenever I’ve had a problem Ryan treats every situation as a priority regardless if it isn’t . He strives to make everything as easy as possible and does an amazing job at it. Communicative , hard working , and professional he’s the very definition of such. Throughout these years he’s became family that’s the mood he brings out here! Looking forward to more years

Ryan, the community manager was very helpful and polite when me and my family went to tour the unit we were interested in, I had scheduled a 11am tour and got there a hr earlier and still was able to do so.He showed us the first available apt and agreed to rent it soon as possible.We made the application and holding deposit and we were approved in two days while I stated to Ryan that it was urgent and needed a place to live and settle down. Since me and my parents were moving from southern cali , the whole process he guided me through everything and actually wanted to help, regardless of my past bad experiences with other apartment associates at other communities I called too, this is far the best experience I’ve had here in San Leandro.

I lived there for 6 years 15 years ago, worst place, few days before we moved we got robbed, finally we have information regarding the robbery and looks like an inside job, 9 years later the case is back and I am going to file charges… the maintenance guy has something to do with the robbery, they will be hearing from me soon… they tried to cover it since the person who did it worked for the apartments complex… I always knew it’s an inside job, folks do not let maintenance enter your property if you’re not home!!!!!

I been here 35 years this is close to schools I raise 2 girls here and now they got good jobs they gratitude from Arro I would not move from here the manger is super and takes care anything we love it here no problems it's wonderful this is Home foe me thanks Washington Town Homes This is Home Sweet Home

There's a wrong review saying the manager is lazy. 100% wrong. The manager is actually very nice, and does help out as much as he can. The apartments are nice and the area is right next to great schools, plus there are a lot of stores and restaurants close by. The water does get shut off for repairs, but the reason is because the building is old and there are no other ways to repair plumbing issues. The only negative review online about this place is from someone who mentioned they were getting evicted lol. They must have been upset at their personal situation because I think this place is pretty great. The swimming pool is not heated, but other than that I haven't had any problems with the property or the staff's service. There is also a pretty large laundry room on site which is nice. Ho
