Washington Terrace Apartments

I live here here. I moved in here in march of this year 2019. I love it. The management here & staff are very nice & helpful. Its a great community. I am very greatful & blessed to be able to be living in one of these brand new apartments. They are very well buit. Very nice. I give my thanks to god. Ive lived in others apartments but not as nice as these. #beyoundgreatful #startingover #lovingmyplace this day April 21,2025 I ve now been here 6 yrs . Then when I first was here for about 2yrs it was great. Management was awesome which was Mrs Danielle Cochran. Now after she left everything went down hill fast.nwe have had about now 8 - 10 different management & maintenance works which hasn't been good. I've made complaints but the maintenance guy is still here. He very rude, disrespectful,

My sister lives there, I’ve slept there a couple of times, very nice and roomy, is it only for section 8? Is it based on your income I was told no! It’s nice they did and doing a great job!!! I’d love to move in one I guess at this time there are none when one is available please call me at this point I really need a place! Thank you.

These are very nice apartments & Townhouses. Affordable prices, nice play area and a beautiful daycare on-site. This community would be perfect for low income families or single mother's / father's or the Disable Seniors.

One reviewer stated its section 8 only. Not true. Some may be, but others are income restricted...so you must fit an income scale. Not too much. Not too little. $900 is not Section 8 based.

It very nice and quite it's also closer to my job.The neighbors are very nice.I really love being out here and the stores are in walking distance.
