Washington Square Apartments

I had a smooth move, the assistance manager was informative and helpful. The apartment is nice and big for what we pay for. I highly recommend coming here.

I have lived here for 1 year. It has been good overall and I would recommend living here. Pros: Maintenance workers are responsive and friendly, especially Clint and William. The apartment is very large for the rent that I pay. Area feels safe. Cons: The door into my apartment has 0 sound proofing--if someone is talking in the hallway, I can hear every word. I wish the laundry rooms were open past 5:30 PM, it can be hard to get my laundry done since I work all week. There is a "water hammer" sound coming from the walls sometimes. For those who don't know what that is, it's a super loud buzzing/drilling sound that comes from the plumbing when there are changes in water pressure in the pipes, and can happen in old or cheaply installed plumbing. Safety. Having homeless or unknown people easily getting access to your unit doorsteps is concerning especially if coming home late in the night from work and having your female kids leaving for school in the morning and suddenly seeing someone loitering around the way to your room. Very concerning to me other than that I have lived here for 4 and half years and Tamika and management has been very responsive to our request and hope they will take this into account and find a security solution for the entry.

Apartment was clean and in good repair. We were able to see it 2 days before move in. We viewed a different apt a few weeks prior, so we knew what to expect when ours was available. Clint and William of the maintenance crew are excellent. Very punctual and do a great job. Front desk mgr is very helpful. Grounds are well kept. Parking rules are enforced. Only concerns I have are not getting the signed lease back in a timely fashion and not being able to pay the prorated rent and security deposit without an additional fee. They don't take checks and the company didn't support electronic payment directly from my bank. Otherwise the process was what they stated it would be. So far I recommend this apt complex.

We are came here Washington Square Apartment 2012 still we are happy here because now u guys make here nice Everywhere have lights lf we are going somewhere not scared.
