Washington Property Company owns and manages their residential buildings. As a former resident of Solaire 7607, I do not recommend this company as they lack accountability and professionalism. I experienced many safety issues that were not addressed properly. Jeff completely abandoned my alarming safety concern. He gave me false hope to believe I would be contacted within a couple days with answers as to why the police could not be shown evidence of a breaking/entering suspension by their former front desk staff. It has now been six weeks of complete silence after multiple follow up attempts.
Do your self a favor and never consider any of their residential properties to rent.
Love this place. It is friendly and the people there are amazing. I especially want to thank a Mr Hugh Cole for his helpful work with me. 5 Stars
I will continue to advocate for people who were treated poorly by WPC! I will continue to fight until this place is closed down!!
