Washington Plaza

The worst apartment I have ever had the displeasure of living in! "Mikki" and Taylor are seriously the worst managers that Butler plaza could have put in place. They are rude, condescending, and do not respond on a timely basis unless it is something THEY need from their end. The apartment company sent a maintenance worker while I was in the shower at around 8 am and then charged me $60 because I asked him to come back in a little bit so I could put clothes on. Then they claimed it was because it was a false work order and my microwave was just unplugged when I had never touched that area before. It smells like a certain plant drug at all times of the day and they will schedule showings at the worst possible times with as little notice as possible! For how expensive this place is, the unit

Highly recommend. I've lived here for a few years now and can't say enough about the location and management. They've been really accomodating, and maintenace has been super quick to fix things.

Love love love it here! Great location, management, and apartment. So convenient to get to State Street and UW!
