I am impressed by the level of courtesy and communication with the management office. My mom lives here and I have had nothing but pleasant interactions with the manager who addresses my issues when I call or email almost immediately. I called to report a minor plumbing issue for my mom last week and maintenance was immediately dispatched and resolved the issue. Louie the maintenance man is hands down awesome! Eileen, the property manager is great as well. I would recommend this place to anyone with elderly parents, it’s clean, quiet, and you can tell the staff really cares. I’m so confused about the other reviews here. This is not the experience at all I had!

The place needs managers that are trained to deal with the elderly instead of saying what do you want me to do..The maintenance is awful.,office is always locked blinds always closed, manager is always out in her car Smoking. I personally have en conted this several times..

Do not move here. If I could give no star I would. Management unresponsive to phone calls and emails. If someone happens to be in the office, not much, they won't open the office door and will not respond. We're on our third manager in the past 3 years. Dismal poorly maintained property. Illegal handicap parking is allowed, roaming dogs, you name it, theft.

If they would have handled one of my close relatives family situation, with even the slightest bit of empathy...for us, the family. That turned out to be a crisis, that my family and myself were pretty much not expecting and totally unprepared for. Then they would have got 5 stars, up until this incident. Other then this... they are honestly really beautiful and quiet! Not to mention in a prefect location.. FOR EVERYTHING!

It's a dump no mangement..place is falling apart windows leak water pressure is like a drizzle wash room is filthy and never any one a round. Mangement is the worst so unprofessional. Never seen anything like it..
