Washington Estates I & II

I will not recommend anyone who don't stay in Washington county to apply for a house here. I had an appointment January 15 at 3 with the property manager Valerie I travel 74 miles around trip and no one was there. I waiting for at least an hr and tried to call but no answer. I left a voicemail and my call wasn't return. I finally got an answer from her January 17 to see how can I try this thing over again. We reschedule the appointment for Saturday January 20 at 1 thinking that since she wasn't there the first time to assist me she will come on a Saturday. Once again no Valerie. I call and finally got an answer which we all no. Can we reschedule it. She apologized once again but my understanding is as a property manager did they every think twice to call some and tell them they want be abl

This property is awful now when i first moved out her ablut 10yrs ago it was nice nothing get fixed in a timely manner My air conditioner unit is out now i have called the emergency line no one still have came out its very hot here where i live this is awful I have a child with very bad allergies and asthma i will be contacting the health department concerning this issue no one have affered to put us up in a hotel until its fixed or anything this is said.

I would not recommend anyone to move out here it use to be a nice community now they let anyone move out here ,children are very disrespectful,cars racing up and down the road like they don't have any sense it use to be a time that if a car does not work they would have to be move i am trying to move they need to hire someone out here who goes strictly by the rules.trash thrown out everywhere,kids roaming the streets all during the night.l pray I will be gone by the summer they have promise to clean my carpet that is the only problem I have in my apartment if they don't get someone out here who cares about the property they art going to destroy it.Please hire someone who cares about the community
