Washington Blvd. Apartments

Great exterior architecture!!! Inside has been remodeled into uniform utilitarian apartments, but for the cost of rent you can't beat it!!! (Kamper Stevens down on the next block is also worth checking out) Rent is based on income. Almost all apartments are 1 bedroom 1 bath, except for a few 2 bedroom 1 bath on the 21st floor which are around $1000/month. All apartment's views are spectacular. Rent for all apartments includes heat and water, are cable ready, have air conditioning, and a dedicated cable for the front door camera.

Terrible property act like they want to get you in make everything sound so easy and good just to get your money for app fee then deny you and say they can’t do anything outside of screening when I know they take Considerations at other apartments denied me with a 648 credit score and my nonviolent felony that was eight years old but still held it against me, my past does not dictate the person who I’ve became today!! FYI. but if your white or Arabic this message doesn’t apply to you they will approve you!!

This building offers an imposing presence while approaching it along Washington Boulevard. From the color of the stone to the architectural arrangement of its exterior it is a beautiful edifice. It hearkens back to a time of jalopy like automobiles that were thought to be the highest level of luxury at the time.  Svelte women with bowl shaped hats and feathers everywhere moving along the sidewalk and entering and exiting the building. The first floor is taken up by business shops and the rest of it is residential.  It is in a prime location in downtown Detroit and at the center of the rebuilding, building and remodeling boom that is going on.  The future bodes well for this building and its inhabitants.  The apartments are large and airy and provide pleasant views for the city dweller.
