It took some time, but, someone finally got back with me regarding a rental apartment. Emily McDaniel provided exemplary customer service. Emily answered emails and inquiry's wirh8n hours. Emily was very patient and professional with me.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! I have been living in this hell called rosewood village for over a year now. We found roaches in our hour 10 days after renewing our lease. We made several maintenance requests and nobody showed up to our house. We had to threat to take them to court for them to finally show up the next day. After almost 3 weeks of begging for them to do something about it. We had hundreds of roaches and would see about 40 a day. The exterminator told us that was a really bad infestation and we shouldn’t be living here. After refusing paying rent until they fixed the issued. They gave us a notice where we needed to make a payment or they would take us to court. We tried to pay our rent multiple times and it does not get accepted. I sent an email explaining we have been having issues

Apartment does not cool up it does not allow adjusting of temperature. Need to rectify this before summer gets here. Spoke to management they did say they adjusted or reset but still not cooling. Lovely place nice view spacious apartment large bedroom. Feels safe and very comfortable. My only concern is temperature being able to regulate my own since I pay my own electricity.

Did final walk through for my daughter. All checked out. Carpets were professionally cleaned and receipt provided, per lease. They still charged my daughter for "Carpet Cleaning animal odor" $195 and took it from her security deposit. She had NO ANIMALS in the apartment. They did a 'Pet Check" a few times b/c they saw my dog in her CAR. Never found a pet in the apartment. They make the "MOVE OUT STATEMENT" so confusing for the younger tenants to read. They take advantage of these younger tenants. So if you have an issue, first file a complaint with the "Real Estate Commission". Then got the BBB. Then don't let it be. Take them to court.

Having problems with certain properties that washco-manage. The one property is foxshire plaza that they maintain they cannot keep their tenants in line with the trash I am constantly picking up trash in my yard and my neighbor's yard we deal with flood light shining in bedroom windows it's pretty bad they turn around and tell us to buy blackout shades. we can't even open up the bedroom windows at night to let the fresh cool air come in. All we do is get blinded by light at night I asked him nicely to readjust the lights on the building and they refused to. If this is a property management company. Its a Joke if you are a landowner do not use this company if so use at your own risk
