Terrible place to live, the building had mice in every apartment in the one building. It took months for the management team to correct the problem. I had a person living over top of my apartment that had undesirable visitors come and go all day and night. Police officers were there numerous times for domestic calls. The property went down quickly from the two years that I lived there. I gave the office notice of my move out date and it was at the end of my lease, and they still tried to hold me responsible for longer than my lease. Do not move into this property or any property that Morgan Property owns.

I love this apartment complex! The office staff are always there to help and the maintenance crew are amazing! Pat the maintenance manager is always on top of issues and makes sure any maintenance needs are met and fast! Great location everything is close by and convenient! We have been living here going on 2 years now and love it. Clean and very friendly community!

Alisa is phenomenal very caring passionate if I can give her a billion stars .I would she’s very amazing caring passionate .Katie is amazing and phenomenal as well if I can give her 1 billion stars as well I would.It should be many more people like them. I attempted to tour these apartments in April of last year. Drove an hour to get there, waited for over an hour, and no one showed up. Leasing office was closed for whatever reason. People on the phone were from some corporate office on the other side of the country and had no idea what was going on. Based on a previous review I have read, I can quite clearly see that the management here has NOT learned their lesson. They need to be more professional when it comes to scheduling. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried filling out an application, but you need to do facial verification (very strange thing to do) and mine kept failing. Got locked out of the application multiple times, and I ultimately moved on. It really is a shame too because I had looked at photos of the apar
