Easily the worst living situation I’ve ever experienced. Management and maintenance are subpar. I’ve had issues literally since day one with this apartment yet the property manager will not let me out of my lease without penalty. The A/C had mold and leaks frequently. Broken window since move in. I’ve had numerous pests (bees, ants, mice, wasps, fruit flies, roaches). The water gets shut off on a regular basis due to “slab leaks”. My upstairs water heater busted and flooded my downstairs causing water damage throughout my kitchen and laundry room area. The walls, the floor, the downstairs ceiling all ruined but no real solution other than painting over the damages. The management at Warwick Apartments has demonstrated a shocking level of neglect and incompetence, particularly regarding the property located at the south end of the complex. This small but highly visible piece of land has been overlooked and left in a state of disrepair for decades. Rather than take responsibility, Warwick’s management seems perfectly content to let the burden fall on the surrounding community. Time and time again, I’ve seen neighbors — residents who already pay rent or live nearby — forced to step in and do the basic maintenance themselves. It is absolutely unacceptable that paying tenants and local homeowners are having to grab their own tools to keep this space from becoming an eyesore. And when management does bother to send someone? This is going to be a long one.. My spouse, kids, and myself moved here in May of 2022, and the problems began from day one. Prior to move in, our move in date kept getting changed, and office staff kept saying they hadn't received certain financial paperwork I had sent (despite another office employee saying it had been). Within a month of moving in, we had sewage coming up in both the shower and bathtub. The smell was disgusting and literally breathtaking (human waste fumes). This issue took a good few weeks to fix, as I recall. During this time, we were told that we could be let out of our lease if we wanted. I’ve been having several issues finding a New Home for my Daughter and I. As soon as Office Manager Ceara and Leasing Consultant Ileen heard about our housing woes, they jumped right into action and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at Home.
