Warshaw Property Management

We’ve rented with Warshaw for 4 years and have had a great experience. Our apartment has been reasonably priced and when we need things, Jen is very attentive and accommodating. Overall, it has been a positive experience renting with Warshaw and I’d recommend them to anyone!

Loving my new place! I've been with them since 2016 and recently moved to a new unit. In reading the other reviews, I've not had any of these issues. They respond to problems, if anything breaks they get it fixed. Jen has been great as a property manager and easy to work with over the years.

Jennifer is the worst landlord. She is overly friendly and offers nice things just so you can sign a lease. Once you sign, she will pretend you never existed. She is unprofessional, rude, unresponsive, and overall terrible at this job. She says to only contact her during business hours, but when you do, still no response. If anything breaks or anything goes wrong in your apartment, good luck. You are on your own.

Unprofessional as hell! Told me my room wasn’t clean and I would never get a husband! My house flooded three times! Did Jen do anything? Yeah, sent Pedro to help stop the flood. Did Jen promise to clean my mattress and fix my rug??? Yes. Did she???? Nope! If you can avoid Jen and Warsaw Properties, PLEASE DO. At the end of my lease, I went into the office to talk to Jen about some stuff and she literally whispered to a coworker “this’ll be fun” as I walked through the door. She avoided eye contact with me and wasn’t willing to see her wrong doings she said “well I have been cleaning apartments, touring places, signing leases” so that is why she couldn’t properly care for my place. She honestly shouldn’t have a job there at all.

10/10, would absolutely recommend renting from Warshaw Property Management. First and foremost, I have rented from various entities in the Chicago area since June of 2017. From June 2017 through June 2020, I had been always struggling to find a sizable studio apartment (complete with sunshine and in a safe neighborhood) while also renting from a professional and understanding landlord / property management company. This was true - until June 2020. Amidst a job-change and a rough break up - all during peak pandemic - I was, to be blunt, hopeless in my search for an apartment. Keep in mind, a year ago in early COVID - there was no way to visit properties let alone have confidence that your place of employment would still exist the next day.
