I'd like to start by saying the Jennifer in leasing was polite and professional. Understanding that the Mills are still under construction there is a lack of simple information such as the bedroom dimensions. These things can be important to new tenants in regards to furniture placement. From what I can see, the style seems more geared towards executive rentals for temporary work stays. While the historic building has potential, the remodel appears to lack the charm and character I typically associate with luxury living. Specifically, the limited window space in the bedrooms, combined with the polished concrete floors, creates a rather stark and somewhat impersonal feel. DO NOT MOVE HERE. When I moved in, the wifi was not available in my apartment for the first 2 months that I lived there because the wiring did not allow it to be connected. I paid full price for wifi that I never had. Finally I moved upstairs to the second floor where the wiring did work and I could get wifi... but there was no AC... because the AC was connected to the electricity that I stopped paying for in the apartment below the new one. In addition to the wifi payments, I was also apparently paying for the AC in the unit above me when I was living on the first floor! Now, in this second floor apartment, the shower door was installed incorrectly so water drips all over the floor and has caused water damage in just a month. I asked maintenance to fix it 2 weeks ago and no repairs have

Hi, I am new to this complex so I wanted to share some of my thoughts so far. First off it is a beautiful complex and I love the old style with grand windows that allow light to pour in during the day. The reason for the rating is because of an overall slow response for receiving items listed in my lease. It has been a full month and I am still waiting to have access to my mail. Also maintenance takes a while due to management having to hire outside contractors. I am hoping these issues get resolved soon. Edit: Thank you for your quick reply! And for fixing some of these issues.

Move-in was great. Jenny is just the sweetest. We have been waiting to move in for a few months now and are so excited to make the Lofts our new home. The Lofts have a very modern “NY style” feel to them with the huge windows and tall ceilings. While some have posted that it doesn’t feel soft, homey or inviting that wouldn’t be accurate. With the right touches and furniture/decor it will feel right at home. The bonus is also such a nice, fun caring staff. So happy to be a resident!
