I have only been here a week, but the office staff could not have been more friendly. Amy made me feel right at home. I love my 1 bedroom. It is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is smaller, but well laid out. The dining area is bigger than what I expected, but the part that had me excited and seeking out is the huge closet that opens from the bathroom and the bed room. It looks like a little bedroom! Overall, I am happy to be here and hope to be for years to come!
I just moved in on 9/15 and so far my experience has been great. I really appreciate the initiative Warren Harbor has taken to fix and fully correct things around the property. It makes me feel like they genuinely care about the community and the residents. Excited to be here and looking forward to calling this place home!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! even the first month rent being free is not worth it. The apartments are so nasty full of cockroaches people stay in the stairways, kids pulling the fire alarm, knocking on your door. This place is not safe and just plain nasty! Take your money somewhere else. Don’t let them fool you!! And definitely avoid building 9226!!
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! I’m so mad I can’t even type. So here are some pictures and video proof. There is BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. The water pressure (pictured below) can’t wash a baby. Water soaks up under the floor board ROTTING the wood. The sink is lined with PLASTIC sticky paper. The floor under the dishwasher is unfinished and has been a refuge for critters to come in. There hasn’t been any repairs in over a year and the maintenance crew does not care to answer calls or call back. At this point, I’m only doing this to warn others. My case will have to be resolved in COURT!!! Again…BLACK MOLD!!! PS: I had to file a complaint with the indiana housing authority and now calling this POS apartment complex to court.
Just don’t . Office is rude. They don’t fix anything. Moved into a dirty home. With unfinished carpet. Safety hazards for kids. No fire hydrant in hallway . Shootings every night. The list could go on. It just needs shut down
