We have been residents here since 2012. We are the Grandma and Grampa of Warner Loft and love being greeted by the younger generations of residents in 2025. The location suits our love for the cultural richness of Rochester, our home town. The view of the river and neighbors on their dally ventures, and the sunsets are a joy.

I had a tour scheduled for 11:15 today, confirmed on both ends at 10:30. Called and emailed once I got there and it is now noon and I still have no response. They had me standing outside in the cold. If they are this disrespectful and inconsiderate to prospective tenants, I will certainly never lock myself into a lease with this company.

Prices are outrageously high considering half of the appliances have had issues we’ve had to fix ourselves. The building is beautiful, but it appears not as well taken care of as it was by the previous owners. Maintenance and management are next to impossible to get ahold of. There is security for a few hours a week and someone in the office on some weekdays, but this building is in need of repair and some updates if it wishes to remain a desirable place to live in Rochester. The AC was broken for two weeks in the fall, so our apartment was nearly 90 degrees on sunny days. There is water damage in many spots of the building and owners let their pets pee in the hallways. We moved in in 2012 after selling our last house. We spend much of the year away in our motorhome. It is very comforting to know that we have this apartment in a well managed building where I no longer need to be my own handyman. Service people show up with a phone call or a message to change a lightbulb or a dishwasher. There are fine restaurants within comfortable walking distance and Eastman Theater is only a 7 minute walk. All of the Jazz Festival venues have also been within easy walking distance. From our windows we watch the sun setting over the Genesee River most every evening and when the Redwings play on Friday and Saturday we can see and hear the post game fireworks from our windows. Had a shower head replaced today and it was done as promised and we are very happy
