I applied a couple months ago and got denied because of my credit I thought this was a income based apartments to help people i desperately need a 3 bedroom place fast
I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH MY LIVING CONDITIONS AT WARE MANOR APARTMENTS; WAYCROSS GA, OUR LANDLORD MELISSA GANDY IS VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND CARELESS AN I WILL NO LONGER TOLERATED ANYMORE, AS A LONG TIME RESIDENT I WOULD EXPECT BETTER SERVICE, NOT ONLY MY APARTMENT IS FALLING APART IT IS A VERY UNHEALTHY LIVING CONDITION FOR MY CHILDREN, I HAVE MADE REPORTS ABOUT IT BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!! MELISSA GANDY NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE OFFICE AND BE REPLACED WITH SOMEONE WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THEIR RESIDENTS
Stars don't really matter for this. Just letting everyone know they have a wait list for 6 months to a year for Appartments at the moment.
