Update January 8, 2025: In response to the Sycamore Point Apartment leasing management response to my review. I'm not lying, they don't know how to read the contracts they sign. The email is proof. Update: This company allows their management leaders to emotionally manipulate their tenants to remove honest negative reviews. I would not recommend working with this company due to the abuse of Covid Pandemic funds the company was provided during my residence at the Sycamore Point Apartment in Leesville, Louisiana, a property of Wampold Companies, where I resided for over 3 ½ years. During my residence, I experienced a loss of employment because a result of the Covid Pandemic. Horrible management company. After I sued them and Won they still have not paid my judgement. I lived at 144 Elk for nearly 4 years. This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They will straight up lie to your face about any and everything. After keeping my deposit and lying about why they did, the Judge laughed at them and said shame on you for treating this great tenant this poorly. I would not rent from them ever!

While I have lived at Bayou Shadows for 9 years now and have seen my share of management team members come and go, the overall management team/maintenance team have been easy to work with. I would like to see either an individual or a team responsible for landscaping/greens maintenance and not just a contractor to mow the lawns.

Some of these reviews are highly questionable. I’ve had great experience with them and live in one of their properties.

Their properties are great, but their people make the difference. Fantastic customer service.
