I do not recommend Claudia Vo at all. Claudia showed up late with no excuse given. She was unprepared to give us comps as she had said she would and have them for our review. Her English is difficult to understand. She tried to under sale our home. We tried reaching her several times to no avail. After several days she finally returned our calls. We informed her that we had decided to use Remax. We received multiple offers. way more than what she said we would get for our home. . Claudia needs to learn time management and study the areas she is attempting to sell. In this case we were convinced she was not the best choice of realtor. I have reviewed your negative reviews and it seems you hire some very inexperienced sales agents. You as her manager need to make her aware she’s working

This was the worst experience of my life. Walzel property you need to check your staff out regularly. I had a realtor from hell. She was well spoken and seemed to know what she was talking about but as time passed she became a living nightmare.Quarnelia Patterson made my life a living hell. I was very transparent with her about the things that I was facing and she didn’t give 2 nickels about anything other than closing the deals. I was really frustrated and upset with the entire process. I could go on and on with everything I went through but I won’t. I would never use her or this company again. Very disappointed

There's no way in hell I would ever work with the company on something so important as a home when their employees spend more time online bashing murder victims and pumping out political rhetoric then they do helping find a home... Thank you Mary Sanders for helping me come to this conclusion...

As much as we wanted to leave a good review, we absolutely had a horrible experience with realtor Lina Campbell. She scheduled a viewing for today only after ignoring countless calls and then completely stopped answering today when asked about the time. I call the main office of Walzel and was told she would be notified, I called again today and was told the same thing. Lina has not reached out and will not respond to your calls or texts. Don’t waste your time on this realtor or company
