Excellent responses from the office managers and maintenance. Spacious apartments, good neighbors. Good location, convenient to streets and shops.

The only downside to living here is the price hike in rent with every lease signing, I also feel leases should be offered for longer periods than 15 months.

We lived there for 11 months. Love the dog park and my kitchen was beautiful. The one big problem… we killed about 8 mince all during the lease. Pest control doesn’t work all at. They “did” visit and placed a few boxes for the mice that never worked out. We had to kill them all ourself. I do has photos but I’m not putting in right here is just very inappropriate.

Jennifer Peters is / was absolutely amazing during our move-in process! My husband and I were very picky on what we wanted out of a unit and she helped us find one that suited our needs best. The communication was timely and prompt. On move in day, our expectations were beyond exceeded! Staff is so sweet and we even got a welcome goodie bag. This is truly the most beautiful rental we have ever seen and we are ecstatic to make it our home!

I've lived here about a year and a half. The maintenance and office staff are all very nice but that is about the only redeeming quality about this place. When I moved in the whole apartment was dirty. I'm pretty sure the only cleaning that had been done was sweeping the floors and a quick wipe down of the bathrooms. I had to scrub the whole place down before moving my stuff in. When I told the leasing office they only offered to clean it for me (which should have been done before I got my keys) it was completely unacceptable. Also they are not good at taking care of the roads and sidewalks in the winter. They plow and shovel once and that's it and it's usually not until it's done snowing. Most of the buildings are in desperate need of upgrades and the parking (at least for the 3 buildings
