Safe neighborhood, no thefts or vandalism at our place in the 2 5 years we've been here. Vaulted ceilings and tile floors make it a bit uncomfortable during the cold months; forced air heating comes from above, which is good when using the central air conditioning. Clay soil makes gardening challenging. We li e in a duplex and never hear the neighbors through the shared wall. There are standalone homes also in this community. Maintenance requests are honored quickly ar times and sometimes very slowly. Staff are friendly and courteous.
A small but nice housing community for those of us working in Hopi but unable to love out here in the Community
Thank you for helping are people in need @ Grandma's @ Grandpa's I don't have any more they passed away. But I HELP when I'm in need I LOVE them for I miss my family 💖
Great place! there's a nice playground in the middle of the neighborhood, and nice hiking trails.
Friends that live there have a hard time getting maintenance done in their homes. They are very slow or work that is needed never gets done!
