Walnut Woods

I toured this community a couple weeks ago and the property is well kept and the office staff is really friendly and welcoming. I’m looking to move next year and will definitely be coming back to apply here! The apartments are very spacious and the property is clean. They’re friendly and helpful. The office staff is nice and she is very informative and professional. The property feels like home.

Cynthia is very helpful and was patient with me when touring the property. The atmosphere of the community is very relaxing and feels like home.

I lived at Walnut Woods in a front unit featuring two bedrooms for six years and experienced all the positives and negatives of living here. I really enjoyed the noise ordinance and the traditional fireplace I had in my apartment. Walnut Woods is fairly good about keeping things quiet which I really appreciated since I do much of my work from home. Both of the managers I worked with during this time, Caitlyn and Mariah were pleasant and upbeat people that made life easier. I highly recommend the current manager Mariah. Shopping is incredibly easy as Walmart and Raley's supermarkets are one and three minute walks away. Three things I did not enjoy were the amount of non-resident cars that park in the complex after 7 PM or so (sometimes blocking the ability of residents to park), the unsight

Lovely apartment homes with friendly service and personnel. Spacious living units include a charming layout. The grounds and facilities are kept clean. Enjoyed my time living here. I highly recommend Walnut Woods to anyone relocating to the Turlock area.

Just parking problem there always.
