These apartment are nice I love it here was very affordable 2/3 bd at the time I moved in prices may have changed sense then idk but the have security out here for any non sense goin on and they are heavy on towing your cars out here better have that visitors pass

property manager is rude and disrespectful to tenants . does not handle issues with a tenant complaint , shows favoritism to certain tenants . unprofessional and over talks his tenants on the phone when approached with an issue that you have or having with a tenant ABOVE you . tries to tell you that it is not coming from their unit when you are very certain it is . threatens to terminate lease because of you having an on going issue with the tenant above your unit . very distasteful attitude to have as a property manager . Akvia is super sweet and nice and much more understanding .

Very nice apartment fordable and convenient to shopping center and on bus route. Very nice and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room dishwasher stove, refrigerator and washer. Dryer hook up nice size bedroom nice nice living room nice big kitchen. Very nice and affordable. and it takes section 8 vouchers and very nice staff have a playground for kids and grill to cook out and pet friendly

Have lived here since the beginning. Management is pretty good . Apartment is spacious. Just wished there was more for the kids to do such as bigger park or pool . They play in the round and no one does anything about it
