I wanted to formally recognize Ms. Davida for her outstanding support. Since I met her, she has been incredibly patient, professional, and communicative. She brings a positive, warm energy to Walnut Terrace, always greeting tenants with a smile. I want to publicly shout out Davida for being an awesome individual and a true asset to this community

I visited a family member today and she had a issue and she went right on her phone and with in an hour a maintenance man showed up on a Saturday afternoon. I am so impressed that I had to make a review. I am seriously debating when my lease end to move here. The people are nice and the neighborhood is historically beautiful

I was searching to move a few months back and I was able to get a tour of the complex. Davida showed me around and she was very pleasant and informative. I would definitely be reaching out to her when I’m looking to move again

I recently toured a 2-bedroom unit here and put in my application, fingers crossed that I can call this my new home! The location is perfect, the complex was clean and the staff seemed so accommodating! I highly recommend!

I toured walnut lane and hoping to get approved. The property manager was pleasant, they have a great and newly renovated property, highly recommended!!
