Applied here because I was homeless with 3 children! They told me that if my application was denied, they would work with me. Did they do that ? Absolutely NOT. But guess what ? Today, I got the call that we were APPROVED for a beautiful 4dr HOUSE! Just know that when people say they will help and work with you, THEY WON’T. Rejection is gods protection! They said NO and someone else said YES 🙌🏾. And it’s a much better option. These apartments were not for us. Best of luck to all who apply.

I've been living here 9 months and it's alot going on here that needs, to be addressed except, to be heard, you have to appear, in person. No one really, answers the phone, when you have a compliant. I've had repairs, that needed, to be addressed, that took months, to be fixed. To suggest that this is, false advertisement, would be a yes. Don't believe what you have read. These pictures are worth a thousand words. I won't post anything out of disrespect unless need be. I will say that the space, inside the units, are spacious🙏🏾 however, I wouldn't recommend, a long-term living, arrangement here. This complex needs teamwork and it's just not currently here. (IJS)🤷🏾‍♀️

Im new to the community. Had a few minor issues upon acquiring the unit. Put in a service request through the online portal and they came the next day. Maintenance guys Dijon & D.J came and fixed all my issues. Very punctual and respectful gentleman, quite knowledgeable in their craft. Had a few questions unrelated to the maintenance request, they were able to answer and help me make a decision based on the valued information given. Very thankful of the job they've done.

The maintenance team is doing a great job with fixing & taking care of the issues I've had in my apartment. They have worked well maintaining the apartments. Thank you.

Maintenance men Dejohon and D.J are dependable and reliable. Definitely can count on them to get things fixed in the apartment. Much A'ashuq to the job they do and I hope my boyz stick around 💯
