This apartment complex allows predatory towing and takes zero responsibility for it. Cars are towed aggressively, often with little to no warning, for minor or unclear reasons. The towing company clearly patrols the lot looking to make money, and management either encourages it or simply doesn’t care. Trying to resolve the issue with the office is pointless—they deflect, blame the towing company, and offer no help, even though it’s their property and their rules. It feels less like parking enforcement and more like a cash grab at residents’ expense. If you value fair treatment, transparency, and basic respect as a tenant, avoid this place. No one should have to worry about their car being taken in the middle of the night just for living where they pay rent.

I do not appreciate the towing practices that this apartment uses. The apartments are old and have terrible paint jobs for the price of rent that I am paying. My car was also vandalized, rendering me unable to open my car door and I left a voicemail with the front office about it and they never contacted me to follow up. Overall not good value for your money and not very safe in my experience

This past weekend, my AC stopped working, and Rashawn responded promptly and resolved the issue with exceptional efficiency. He consistently exceeds expectations in the performance of his duties, demonstrating remarkable professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to quality service. I extend my sincere appreciation to Rashawn for his continued support and dedication to ensuring that tenants feel valued and confident in calling their residence home. His efforts are truly commendable.

I absolutely love these apartments. Office is very friendly and maintenance is very prompt. I’ve been here for over 2 years. I continue to love it.
