Walnut Creek Apartments

I am amazed of how people are paying about 2 thousand dollars a month and then be dictated what you can or can't have on your porch or inside your home. They make up rules that aren't part of your lease agreement and will threaten to evict you if they don't like something they see or not following their made up rules that do not exist in the lease agreement. This place has parking issues with 2 inches of space per vehicle and people will hit your cars...already happened twice. So think again paying that kind of money for no freedom of any kind and being dictated what you can or can't do if YOUR OWN HOME THAT I PAY FOR! Walnut sucks!

I just moved in a month ago and I love living here at Walnut Creek apartments. I am also moving my 84 yr old mom and sister in and they have went above themselves to make this work for my mom. and The staff Pia, Kameron, Torrie, Martin and Scott are all very professional and right on top of things. I really appreciate all they do. Thank you

My mother said maintenance came in looked at it and knew exactly what had to be done. It was taken care of in no time and with a smile. Thanks!- Angie

Only giving a bad review because of the neighbors. I’m unlucky, my neighbors party weekly and blast sub woofers. Messes up my sleep at least a few nights a week. Guess you get what you pay for in low income. people let their pits off the leash. Cars get broken into. I probably wouldn’t care about any of this if I didn’t have small kids that go to school. It would be nice to have respectful neighbors. Management and maintenance are ok. Maintenance always gets to my requests promptly. Management is responsive. Apartment is spacious, and premises are clean. The HVAC is so old I pay as much as my cousin who has a house. Can’t beat the price for rent even though they raise my rent every year. The schools in this area are really good. Wish they would enforce late night partying.

Walnut Creek apartments are amazing! The office staff is so kind and very helpful! Me and my son moved here recently and we love the quiet community! Lots of space for him to run around inside and the property is amazing for peaceful walks. My grandma has lived here 13 years and she’s never had any problems at all. Maintenance is always quick to arrive when something needs fixing and they are very respectful and kind. 100% would recommend coming here! I know I’m very happy with my apartment and I plan on staying here a very long time!
