They never answer you call, Worst managment team ever, I might have called 50-60 times in last 30 days and I live here. In summer it gets hot and the Ac unit is not centralized the cold air from Ac doesn’t reach bedrooms and they don’t provide additional AC unit. The only thing which is good is cheap rent. but

We love our apartment. Such a great value and so close to PH Bart. Seems like most of the low star reviews are from several years ago, but the apartment complex has come under new management since then.

Living here was a wonderful experience. The apartment site and surrounding neighborhood is often quiet and relaxing. It was always nice waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The apartment unit itself is quite spacious and maintained well. It has all the basic amenities including assigned parking and laundry site for all tenants. I really like how the garden/plant area is well-maintained and adds to the ambience. The location is also convenient to local businesses and other services including the Sprouts grocery market and Pleasant Hill library. From the start it was a smooth process especially with the warm welcome and assistance from the manager, Katarina. Thank you!

Living here was an absolute delight. The environment is always well-maintained, clean, and cozy which significantly contributes to a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. I am particularly impressed with the proactive and professional approach of our apartment manager. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that I feel heard and valued. Always quick to address maintenance requests and communicate upcoming maintenance schedules. My girlfriend and I’ve been happy living here. It has good street parking, safe and good neighborhoods. Especially We’d like to give the manager Katerina the best credit. She reminds me of my auntie who used to take care of me in my homeland. She’s very fair, reasonable and genuine. And most importantly, she always tries her best to take good care of this lovely place. Yes. This is an relatively old apartment complex but with her good care, we feel our home is in good hand. I highly recommend this place if you looking for a new apartment!
