I truly cannot say enough good things about Veronica Billington Diaz and Hector from maintenance. From the very beginning, Veronica showed nothing but patience, empathy, and genuine care. She treated me like a person, not just a tenant, and during a very stressful time in my life, that kindness meant everything. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported, informed, and welcomed, and I will always be grateful for that. Hector deserves just as much recognition. The renovations he’s done in my apartment are incredible, thoughtful, detailed, and clearly done with pride in his work. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of the homes here, not just “getting the job done.” On top of that, he’s kind, respectful, and always willing to help, which made a huge difference for me.

They lie to everyone who comes to them. I always have problems with them last year. The air conditioner was not working in the summer. I went to them repeatedly and they repaired for two months. Every day I go to them and every time they give me an excuse. Even the children don't believe it. Now the same problem. I went to them last Monday and I am on Friday 07/04/2025. My children and I live in this extreme heat without an air conditioner. I advise everyone not to come here because the taxpayers are not interested in anyone who comes to them in a problem and when the contract ends, I don't live here and for a minute because it's very bad. Every day they lie to me for almost a month and I am without an air conditioner and I have small children. They die from excessive heat and every day th

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with the leasing office thanks to Veronica Diaz. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Veronica takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes the process of getting a lease smooth and stress-free. She truly cares about helping people and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I really appreciate her support and highly recommend working with her if you are looking for an apartment here.

Great place to be I got approved in 1 week tori and Veronica communicated the whole time while trying their hardest to get me approved. These are some great ladies 10/10 experience ❤️

I WOULD GIVE 0 ZERO STAR IF I CAN PLEASE DONT’T RENT HERE. Im very disappointed to the condition of this apt also of this place at all. I have rented this apt online when they posted it as it is available. I paid my application fee $50, administrative fee $150, security deposit $300, also the rest of the month for my rent$$$$. I was happy to get into my new apt, but when i put my first footstep, the horrible movie started. The unit was not maintained or cleaned. Stove is broke, blinds are installed wrongly, lights are partially not working at some places, the dirt is all around the apt, sink is cracked( please look at the pics). The furnitures are still here from the previous resident. I called in to complain about this mess. They said they will send their crew yesterday Saturday, but nobo
